The invention provides a method for utilizing microorganisms to induce calcium carbonate to solidify a farmland drainage ditch slope surface, and belongs to the technical field of farmland drainage ditch solidification. The method comprises the following steps that (1) soil of the farmland drainage ditch slope surface is collected, and the water content theta 0 and the soil dry density rho d of the soil are measured; (2) the collected soil on the farmland drainage ditch slope surface is compacted in a layered mode to reach a preset soil dry density rho d '; the field moisture capacity theta max is measured, and the soil porosity n is calculated according to a formula; (3) a specific value of L is calculated according to a formula L = a * b * H (theta max-theta 0) n * 100; l is the volume of bacillus pasteurii liquid and/or the volume of consolidation liquid; (4) a bacillus pasteurii bacterial solution is sprayed to the farmland drainage ditch slope surface, and then a consolidation solution is sprayed; and (5) the operation in the step (4) is repeated once every 15-18 hours, wherein the number of times of repeating is 7-10. The method can realize ecological solidification of a farmland drainage ditch.
