The invention discloses a vegetation slope protection water and soil conservation system. The system comprises a metal net; an anchor is arranged below the metal net; an anchor body is arranged below a top plate; the top end of the anchor body is attached to the lower surface of a bottom plate; the top end of the anchor body and the bottom plate are integrally formed; the bottom end of a threaded rod and the upper surface of an anchor head are integrally formed; the threaded rod and the anchor head are integrally formed; the outer wall of the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the bottom end of the inner wall of the anchor body; and a sliding hole is formed in the axis of the threaded rod. According to the vegetation slope protection water and soil conservation system, anchoring and fixing of an integral mechanism and a target position are achieved through the anchor body, then the connection with the metal net is achieved through a connecting mechanism, and opening and closing control over multiple stabilizing mechanisms is achieved through a control mechanism, so that the stability of the integral mechanism is enhanced; and the integral mechanism is made of starch plastic, and due to the degradable characteristic of the starch plastic, the recovery operation intensity of the integral mechanism is reduced and the environmental protection property is improved.
