The invention relates to a reclaimer water supply device and a reclaimer system. The reclaimer water supply device comprises a fixing frame, a water supply pipe and a rotating assembly, wherein the water supply pipe is rotationally connected with the fixing frame, one end of the water supply pipe is used for communicating with a water source of an underground pipe network, and the other end of the water supply pipe is used for communicating with a reclaimer; and the rotating assembly is used for driving the water supply pipe to be switched between a first state and a second state. When the water supply pipe is in the second state, the water supply pipe is vertically distributed relative to the fixing frame. Due to the fact that the water source is a tap water source of the underground pipe network, water tank storage is not needed, the icing condition can be avoided when the water supply device is used in winter, all-weather use of the reclaimer water supply system is facilitated, the use reliability of the reclaimer water supply device is improved, normal operation of a reclaimer dust suppression system is guaranteed, and environmental cleanliness is protected. Meanwhile, the structure is simple, operation is easy and convenient, and the installation and maintenance cost of the reclaimer water supply device can be reduced.
