The device comprises a support and a water collecting tank; an inner cavity of the water collecting tank is sequentially divided into a top side cavity, a middle side cavity and a bottom side cavity from top to bottom; an adjustable water collecting mechanism is arranged in the top side cavity, and the top side cavity comprises a lead screw, a lead screw sliding seat, a supporting frame, a water collecting shell, a rotating motor, a first driving gear and a first driven gear; a filtering mechanism is arranged in the middle side cavity, and the middle side cavity comprises a cylindrical filtering frame, a scraping plate, a transmission shaft, a second driving gear, a second driven gear and a cleaning rod; a water spraying head and a flower bed groove are arranged at the top end outside the water collecting tank; a flow guide shell is arranged at the outer end of the water collecting tank; and a water storage bag is arranged in the support. According to the device, garden landscape rainwater is collected, filtered and recycled, and the water use cleanliness is improved. The device is diversified in functionality, and great convenience is provided for use of the device.
