The invention discloses an on-table temperature-adjusting double-induction wash basin faucet. The on-table temperature-adjusting double-induction wash basin faucet comprises two bottom water inlet pipelines, a pipeline connecting assembly, an electromagnetic valve and a temperature-adjusting handle; the pipeline connecting assembly is provided with a transverse mounting hole, a water path collecting hole and a communicating pipeline; the temperature-adjusting handle comprises a rotating rod piece, a handle body connected with the rotating rod piece, a middle sealing ring, a fan-shaped part and a tightening section; a water inlet of the electromagnetic valve communicates with the water path collecting hole, and a water outlet of the electromagnetic valve communicates with the communicating pipeline; the two bottom water inlet pipelines communicate with the transverse mounting hole; the rotating rod piece is rotationally mounted in the transverse mounting hole; and the transverse position of the temperature-adjusting handle is adjusted to enable the fan-shaped part or the tightening section to directly face the water path collecting hole. When the electromagnetic valve is in a power-off state, the temperature-adjusting handle can be pulled to enable the tightening section to directly face the water path collecting hole, and then water in the bottom water inlet pipelines flows into the communicating pipeline along the transverse mounting hole, so that the problem that a common faucet cannot be used in case of power failure is solved.
