The invention discloses a hydraulic self-control type rain and waste water diversion well. The hydraulic self-control type rain and waste water diversion well comprises an inspection well, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet rainwater pipe, a waste water intercepting pipe, an overflow weir, a siphon and a buoy hydraulic valve assembly, wherein the bottoms of the water outlet rainwater pipe, the waste water intercepting pipe and the water inlet pipe are arranged at the bottom of the inspection well, the overflow weir is arranged on the side, close to the water outlet rainwater pipe, in the inspection well, the siphon is arranged on the edge, close to the well wall of the inspection well, of the overflow weir, and the buoy hydraulic valve assembly is arranged at the bottom of the inspection well. The hydraulic self-control type rain and waste water diversion well has the advantages that 1, the water level in a drainage structure (such as a catch basin) can be quickly recovered by using the siphon, and a normal dry flow mode can be quickly switched at the end of rainfall, so that the rainwater and waste water diversion effect is optimized; 2, closed-loop circulation control of the water level of the intercepting waste water pipe in the structure can be realized by utilizing the combined application of the buoy hydraulic valve assembly and the siphon; and 3, no electric control device exists, the cost is low, and arrangement selection is not limited by power supply.
