The fireproof wallboard comprises a first protection layer, a heat preservation layer and a second protection layer which are sequentially stacked, the heat preservation layer comprises a first heat preservation layer and a second heat preservation layer which are stacked, and each of the first heat preservation layer and the second heat preservation layer comprises a plurality of vacuum heat insulation plates arranged at intervals. The vacuum heat insulation plates in the second heat preservation layer are suitable for covering gaps between every two adjacent vacuum heat insulation plates in the first heat preservation layer, and the first protection layer, the heat preservation layer and the second protection layer are connected through bolts or bonded into a whole; and the fireproof wallboard is good in heat preservation performance.
