The invention provides a building outer wall construction structure. A guardrail lifting structure is arranged in the middle of the workbench, the guardrail lifting structure comprises a transmission structure and two moving structures correspondingly located at the front end and the rear end of the transmission structure, guardrails capable of being spliced are correspondingly arranged at the front end and the rear end of the device body, and limiting structures located at the tops of the guardrails capable of being spliced are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the workbench. By arranging the guardrail lifting structure, the guardrails are automatically lifted and folded, manual operation is not needed, the guardrail does not affect constructors to go up and down from the workbench, and the problems that in the prior art, the guardrails affect the constructors to go up and down from the workbench, and potential safety hazards exist in the guardrail pulling-out process are solved; and by arranging a transmission structure, the guardrails can be lifted through power generated when the device body ascends, and cost is saved.
