The invention relates to a decorative ceramic tile mounting process which comprises the following steps of 1, measuring and scribing, namely measuring according to the size of ceramic tiles and an area in which the ceramic tiles need to be pasted, and scribing according to the measurement; 2, pouring cement, specifically, pouring the cement along a scribed line; 3, mounting a pre-assembled frame, specifically, mounting the pre-assembled frame on the ground through the cement; 4, pouring cement again, specifically, pouring the cement into the pre-assembled frame; and 5, mounting the ceramic tiles, specifically, mounting the ceramic tiles in the pre-assembled frame. The decorative ceramic tile mounting process has the effect that the probability that gaps among the ceramic tiles are different in size is reduced by positioning the mounting positions of the ceramic tiles through scribing and mounting the pre-assembling frame.
