The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a beam plate through prestress and a beam plate reinforcing auxiliary device. The method comprises the step that a reinforcing plate with an FRP rib in a tension prestress state is fixed to the tension side of the beam plate to be reinforced. The auxiliary device comprises a steel carrier, two anchorage devices, two clamps, a component and the FRP rib; the component is arranged above the carrier; the two anchorage devices are fixed to the two ends of the carrier in the length direction; the two clamps are fixed to the back faces of the two anchorage devices correspondingly; an open groove extending in the length direction is formed in the side face, back to the carrier, of the component; the open groove is filled with an adhesive; the FRP rib is arranged in the open groove and fixed to the component through the adhesive; and the two ends of the FRP rib penetrate the anchorage devices and are fixed through the clamps, and the tension state of the FRP rib with prestress is kept. The method and the beam plate reinforcing auxiliary device have the following beneficial effect that the reinforcing effect of the beam plate is improved.
本发明公开了一种预应力加固梁板的方法及梁板加固辅助装置,该方法为将带有处于张拉预应力状态的FRP筋的增强板固定于待加固梁板的受拉侧上。该辅助装置包括钢制的载体、两锚具、两夹具、构件及一FRP筋,构件置于载体上方,两锚具固定在载体长度方向的两端,两夹具分别固定在两锚具的背向面上,构件背向载体的一侧面上开设有一沿长度方向延伸的开槽,开槽内填充有黏结剂,FRP筋置于该开槽内并通过黏结剂与构件固定,FRP筋的两端穿过锚具并由夹具固定使FPR筋保持具有预应力的张拉状态。它具有如下优点:改善梁板的加固效果。
