The invention discloses a V-shaped intelligent car arrester for intelligent parking in a parking space and an intelligent car parking and taking method thereof. The V-shaped intelligent car arrester comprises a base, the base is transversely installed in the center of the parking space, a first stop lever and a second stop lever are installed at the two sides of the base respectively, and a driving mechanism for driving the first stop lever and the second stop lever to turn over is installed in a shell of the base. The driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft and other three driven shafts, a ratchet wheel is further installed on the driving shaft, a pawl is installed at one side of the ratchet wheel, the action of the pawl is controlled through an electromagnet, a controller is further installed in the base, and an ultrasonic probe for sensing a vehicle and a two-dimensional code connected with parking space information in a matched manner are further installed at the end of the base. The base is further provided with a voice player used for playing parking information. A traditional limiting manner is changed, the V-shaped intelligent car arrester can stop when touching chassis of different heights in the ascending process, the ratchet wheel can be clamped by the pawl to form self-locking, a rocker arm is prevented from descending, then the vehicle is prevented from escaping, and the chassis cannot be scratched through the structure of a roller shaft.
