A highway toll station ETC lane intelligent safety channel system comprises microwave radar vehicle and pedestrian detection devices, a safety access control system and an intelligent control system which are arranged on the two sides of a highway toll station ETC lane respectively. The microwave radar vehicle and pedestrian detection device comprises a microwave radar vehicle detection device, a pedestrian infrared detection device and a communication serial port server; the safety access control system comprises an emergency door opening button, a plurality of automatic gates, a plurality of compact gate cabinets, a safety guardrail and an execution motor; and the intelligent control system comprises a signal processor, an output unit, a relay, a surge protector and a sound-light alarm system. According to the invention, the safe passing information of the ETC lane can be accurately and technically judged, and misjudgment and missed judgment of related information due to human factors are avoided, so that the accident occurrence probability is reduced, and related workers are guaranteed.
