The embodiment of the invention provides a sucker car power supply system and a sucker car, and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery power supply systems. The sucker vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a sucker device and a mechanical arm, the mechanical arm is installed on the vehicle body, and the sucker device is installed at the end, away from the vehicle body, of the mechanical arm. The power supply system comprises a standby power supply installed on the mechanical arm or the suction cup device; and the standby power supply is used for supplying power to the sucker device. The standby power supply is arranged on the mechanical arm or the sucker device at the upper vehicle end of the sucker vehicle to supply power to the sucker device, so that the problem that major potential safety hazards exist due to the fact that a vacuum control system of an existing sucker vehicle is too far away from a power supply, and when the power supply is interrupted, a high-altitude working vacuum system is in a power-free state is effectively solved; and the problem of the risk of vacuum power interruption caused by overlong conveying distance in the vacuum conveying process due to the fact that the distance between the power end and the execution end of a vacuum system of an existing suction cup vehicle is too far is solved.
