Multi-effect heat exchange humidification-dehumidification tower wastewater recovery process and system
The invention relates to a multi-effect heat exchange humidification-dehumidification tower wastewater recovery process and system, wherein the process comprises the following steps: a high-specific-surface-area hydrophilic filler is loaded into a humidification tower and a dehumidification tower, heat exchange and temperature rise are ca on salt-containing wastewater, and salt-containing wastewater is sprayed from the top of the humidifying tower to the inside of the humidifying tower after heat exchange and temperature rise; hot flue gas is injected from the side face of the humidifying tower, the hot flue gas makes contact with the salt-containing wastewater and the high-specific-surface-area hydrophilic filler in a cross-flow mode in the humidifying tower for humidifying, isothermal steam phase change and cooling are conducted, moisture in the hot flue gas is recycled, recycled water is obtained, and the recycled water is cooled; and the cooled recycled water is sprayed into the dehumidification tower from the top of the dehumidification tower, the hot flue gas is in cross-flow contact with the cooled recycled water and the high-specific-surface-area hydrophilic filler in the dehumidification tower, cooling and dehumidification are conducted, recycled water and flue gas are obtained. The technical problem of low recycling efficiency caused by complex recycling process and high recycling energy consumption in a traditional wastewater recycling method is solved; and the invention belongs to the technical field of wastewater recycling and reusing.
