The invention provides an investment casting forming method for a drainage groove. The investment casting forming method comprises the following steps: preparing a wax mold; coating the outer surface of the wax mold with a fireproof coating A, and forming a fireproof layer A after the fireproof coating A is naturally dried; coating the outer surface of the fireproof layer A with a fireproof coating B, and forming a fireproof layer B after the fireproof coating B is naturally dried; coating the outer surface of the fireproof layer B with a fireproof coating C, and forming a fireproof layer C after the fireproof coating C is naturally dried; and after heating to remove the wax mold, roasting to fuse and shape the fireproof coating A, the fireproof coating B and the fireproof coating C to form the drainage groove. According to the technical scheme, multiple layers of fireproof coatings are coated in the manufacturing process, a large amount of white corundum powder and mullite powder are selected as main components in the fireproof coatings, and compared with common bauxite in the prior art, the structural strength and the high-temperature resistance of the drainage groove are improved, the fireproof coatings are fused into a whole after high-temperature roasting, drainage groove materials can be prevented from falling off, and a foundation is laid for improving the casting forming quality.
本发明提供一种引流槽熔模铸造成型方法,包括以下步骤:制备蜡模;将耐火涂料A涂挂在蜡模外表面上,待其自然干燥后形成耐火层A;将耐火涂料B涂挂在耐火层A的外表面上,待其自然干燥后形成耐火层B;将耐火涂料C涂挂在耐火层B的外表面上,待其自然干燥后形成耐火层C;加热脱除蜡模后,再焙烧使耐火层A、耐火层B和耐火层C融合定型形成引流槽。采用本发明的技术方案,在制作过程中通过涂挂多层耐火涂料,耐火涂料中的主要成分选用大量的白刚玉粉、莫来石粉,相比现有技术中常用的铝矾土,提升了引流槽结构强度和耐高温性能,并且通过高温焙烧后使耐火涂料融为一体,能够防止引流槽材料脱落,为提高铸件成型质量奠定了基础。
