Preparation process of multifunctional composite appearance beautifying wall surface material
The invention discloses a preparation process of a multifunctional composite appearance beautifying wall surface material. The preparation process comprises the following steps that firstly, high-quality clay, quartz sand, albite and shale are screened; all the components in the screened raw materials for a blank are made into 80-100-mesh powder through a Raymond mill; the raw materials for the blank and water are fully mixed by using a granulator to complete granulation; the granulated blank is extruded according to a set structure by using an ultra-large extruder to form a green body of a ceramic shell; the green body is fed into a roller bed drying kiln to be dried, the drying temperature ranges from 50 DEG C to 250 DEG C, and the drying time ranges from 3 hours to 4 hours; glaze is attached to the green body in a conventional glaze spraying or pouring mode; the green body is conveyed into an ink-jet printing machine, and pattern treatment is conducted on the surface on which a pattern needs to be formed; and the green body is put into the roller bed drying kiln, and firing is conducted for 3-4 hours under the condition that the drying temperature is 50-1100 DEG C so as to obtain the multifunctional composite appearance beautifying wall surface material. The prepared wall surface material has the characteristics of high strength, low water absorption rate, high compressive strength, low production cost and the like.
本发明公开了多功能复合外观美容墙体墙面材料的制备工艺,首先筛选优质的粘土、石英砂、钠长石和页岩;筛选好后的坯用原料中的各组分分别通过雷磨机制成80~100目粉料;坯用原料和水利用造粒机进行充分混合完成造粒;利用超大型的挤出机将造粒好的坯料按设定结构挤出形成陶瓷壳体的坯体;坯体送入辊道干燥窑进行干燥,且干燥温度为50‑250℃,干燥时间为3‑4小时;采用常规喷釉或者淋釉的方式将釉料附着在坯体上;将坯体输送至喷墨印花机中,对需要形成图案的面进行花纹处理;进入辊道干燥窑在干燥温度为50‑1100摄氏度的条件下烧制3‑4小时,既得多功能复合外观美容墙体墙面材料;制备所得的墙体墙面材料具有强度高、吸水率低、抗压强度高、生产成本低等特点。
