Zero-discharge process for treating desulfurization wastewater by slag water system
The invention discloses a zero-discharge process for treating desulfurization wastewater by a slag water system. The invention relates to the technical field of environmental engineering water treatment, desulfurization wastewater is discharged into a filter bed from top to bottom in a downstream manner, and a slag filter material in the filter bed is activated and quenched by water. Under the acidic water leaching condition of the desulfurization wastewater, leached metal oxides are subjected to hydrolysis reaction to form hydroxyl radicals, the hydroxyl radicals and heavy metals form alkaline precipitates, calcium, magnesium and anions form double salt crystal precipitates, aluminum and iron form aluminum and iron floccules, the formed precipitates are flocculated, and pollutants of the desulfurization wastewater are fixed. Water quenching activation occurs when the slag filter bed is cooled, the surface contact area is increased, a layered meso-microporous channel structure is formed, and suspended solids in wastewater are filtered and adsorbed. According to the battery corrosion principle, ions and suspended matters are removed under the micro-electrolysis coprecipitation action of ash-coal in a slag water system, and effluent is used as reuse water of a power plant. The system is stable in operation, low in transformation and operation cost and environment-friendly in design of treating waste with waste, and has a wide popularization prospect.
渣水系统处理脱硫废水零排放工艺。本发明涉及环境工程水处理技术领域,将脱硫废水自上而下顺流排入滤床中,滤床中的炉渣滤料发生活化与水淬作用。在脱硫废水酸性水浸条件下,浸出的金属氧化物,水解反应形成氢氧根与重金属形成碱性沉淀,钙和镁与阴离子形成复盐结晶沉淀,铝和铁形成铝系和铁系絮凝体,对形成的沉淀进行絮凝作用,固定脱硫废水的污染物。在炉渣滤床冷却发生水淬活化,表面接触面积增大,形成层状介微孔通道结构,过滤与吸附废水中的悬浮物。根据腐蚀电池原理,在渣水系统中灰‑煤的微电解共沉淀作用,对离子与悬浮物进行脱除,出水作为电厂复用水。本套系统稳定运行,改造和运行费用低,以废制废的环境友好设计,具有广泛的推广前景。
