The invention discloses a fly ash brick based on construction waste and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of preparation of regenerated fly ash bricks. The fly ash brick based on the construction waste is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of treated construction waste, 40-50 parts of fly ash, 15-25 parts of modified plant fiber, 10-15 parts of kaolin, 2.3-4.5 parts of an anti-freezing agent and 5-10 parts of water. The fly ash brick based on the construction waste is prepared by mixing, pressing and curing the raw materials. According to the invention, a plant fiber modified by a modifying substance is added, so the modified plant fiber has the three-dimensional disordered distribution network structure, has a hydrophobic side chain, can well provide supporting effect after the modified plant fiber is inserted into the brick body, enhances connectivity between matrixes and brick strength, and enables the finally prepared brick to have good waterproof effect and mechanical strength.
本发明公开了一种基于建筑废弃物的粉煤灰砖及其制备方法,属于再生粉煤灰砖制备技术领域。该基于建筑废弃物的粉煤灰砖包括如下重量份原料:处理后建筑废料80‑100份、粉煤灰40‑50份、改性植物纤维15‑25份、高岭土10‑15份、防冻剂2.3‑4.5份、水5‑10份,将上述原料混合、压制、养护后即制备得到该基于建筑废弃物的粉煤灰砖,其中添加了一种由改性物质改性的植物纤维,使改性后的植物纤维呈三维乱向分布的网状结构且具有疏水侧链,插入到砖体内部可以很好的起到承托的作用,不仅加强了基体之间的连接性,还增强了砖块的强度,最终使制得的砖块具有良好的防水效果与力学强度。
