The invention discloses sulfur acid-resistant concrete and a production process thereof. The sulfur acid-resistant concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 300 parts of cement, 40 to 60 parts of fly ash, 160 to 180 parts of water glass, 60 to 80 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 70 to 90 parts of sulfur, 20 to 30 parts of iron ore powder, 200 to 260 parts of quartz powder, 5 to 9 parts of diabase powder, 15 to 25 parts of feldspar powder, 5 to 8 parts of water reducing agent, 4.2 to 6.3 parts of synergist and 80 to 90 parts of water. The concrete is novel in design, the CTF synergist, the LBD synergist and the water reducing agent are added into the concrete, inorganic insoluble particles, nano silicon dioxide and nano titanium dioxide in the concrete can be better dispersed, a layer of protective film is further generated, permeation of corrosive substances is effectively reduced, the acid and alkali resistance of the concrete is improved, the added sulfur, diabase powder, feldspar powder and iron ore powder are matched with one another so that the acid resistance and the practicability of the concrete can be effectively improved.
