The invention relates to a ceramic sheet, a method for manufacturing a ceramic sheet, and a green sheet. According to the present invention, provided is a technique with which it is possible to obtain a ceramic sheet having excellent surface smoothness without causing a significant decrease in heat dissipation properties. In the ceramic sheet (1) according to one embodiment of the technology disclosed herein, the average aspect ratio of ceramic particles (10) is 1.2 or more, the sheet thickness (T) is 150 [mu] m or more, and a smooth region (20) in which the average orientation angle ([theta] 1) of the ceramic particles (10) is 20 DEG or less is formed at least in a sheet surface layer (A1). A heat dispersion region (30) in which the average value of the orientation angle ([theta] 2) of the ceramic particles (10) is 25 DEG or more is formed at least in a sheet interior (A2). By forming the smooth region (20) on the sheet surface layer (A1), particles can be prevented from protruding from the sheet, and excellent surface smoothness can be obtained. Furthermore, since the heat dispersion region (30) is formed in the sheet interior (A2), a significant decrease in heat dissipation performance due to the formation of the smooth region (20) can be suppressed.
