The invention discloses a material for a steel ladle bottom vortex-resisting block. Adopted raw materials comprise green body powder and a dipping solution, the green body powder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45-75% of hexagonal boron nitride powder, 5-10% of Si3N4 powder, 15-50% of AlN and AlON powder and 0.5-5% of a sintering aid; and the dipping solution is an aqueous solution prepared from boric acid and urea. The steel ladle bottom vortex-resisting block has the advantages of being long in service life, good in thermal shock resistance and good in slag corrosion resistance. Good strength and anti-erosion performance can be fully guaranteed in the using process, and damage is avoided; compared with an existing slag control method, the method is more direct and effective; and the method is wide in applicability and has important popularization and application values.
本发明公开了一种钢包底阻漩块用材料,采用的原料包括坯体粉料和浸渍溶液,其中坯体粉料中各组分及其所占质量百分比包括:六方氮化硼粉45~75%,Si3N4粉5~10%、AlN和AlON粉料15~50%,助烧剂0.5~5%;浸渍溶液为由硼酸、尿素配制而成的水溶液。本发明所述钢包底阻漩块具有寿命长、寿命高、抗热震性好以及良好的抗熔渣侵蚀性能的特点;可充分保证在使用过程中具有良好的强度和抗侵蚀性能而不至于损毁;相对于现有控渣方法,该方法更加直接有效;且适用性广,具有重要的推广应用价值。
