A construction device for an expressway roadbed comprises a rack, a crushing mechanism, a rolling mechanism, a pressing plate mechanism and a water spraying mechanism, the crushing mechanism, the rolling mechanism, the pressing plate mechanism and the water spraying mechanism are fixedly installed on the rack, the crushing mechanism is installed at the front end of the rolling mechanism, the rolling mechanism is installed at the front end of the pressing plate mechanism, the water spraying mechanism is mounted above the rolling mechanism, the roadbed washed by rainwater is crushed through the crushing mechanism, then crushed roadbed soil is flattened through the rolling mechanism, and finally, the road surface is further leveled through the pressing plate mechanism, so that the roadbed leveling efficiency is conveniently improved; and meanwhile, dust in the crushing process is treated through the water spraying mechanism, and the environment is protected.
