The device comprises a left bridge body and a right bridge body which form an expansion joint section, wherein the right bridge body is formed by a right side body which is formed above a platform body and is staggered rightwards; the left bridge body is formed by generating a vertical body below the left side body and staggering leftwards; the vertical body is correspondingly isolated from the table body; the left side body is suspended on the table body and is correspondingly isolated from the right side body; the left side body and the right side body are fixedly connected with a plurality of square wide-narrow diameter springs which are arranged in parallel; the lower side face of the square wide-narrow-diameter spring is placed on the table body. The upper side face of the square wide-narrow-diameter spring is flush with the upper surface of the left side body and the upper surface of the right side body; the square spring with the wide diameter and the narrow diameter refers to a spring with a rectangular spring ring and the wide diameter and the narrow diameter. Therefore, no matter how the expansion joint changes, the connecting device does not deform in the vertical direction during loading, and the vehicle is not affected when passing through the expansion joint.
