The invention discloses a temporary bridge pier reinforcing structure under a non-stop condition of a bridge. The bridge is temporarily supported while the bridge pier is maintained and reinforced, the bridge pavement can be normally used, traffic is not hindered, and the bridge pier temporary reinforcing structure is stable in structure, high in bearing and supporting capacity and capable of stably supporting the bridge and preventing safety accidents. The structure comprises an oil jack, a jacking longitudinal beam, a column top bearing beam and a plurality of supporting frames which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a plurality of bailey beams are arranged between the jacking longitudinal beam and the column top bearing beam, each supporting frame comprises two steel supporting stand columns and a plurality of diagonal bracings arranged between the two steel supporting stand columns, the two ends of each diagonal bracing are fixedly connected with the two steel supporting stand columns respectively, the upper portion and the lower portion of each diagonal bracing are each fixedly connected with a connecting beam, the two ends of each connecting beam are fixedly connected with the two steel supporting stand columns respectively, and the bottoms of the two steel supporting stand columns are fixedly installed on a foundation.
