The invention provides a dam abutment waterproof curtain consolidation grouting construction technology. The consolidation grouting construction technology comprises the following steps that the positions of grouting holes are calibrated in the surface of the dam abutment; the grouting holes are drilled in the surface of the dam abutment; the grouting holes are flushed one by one through pressure water; pressurized water test is carried out on the grouting hole; the corresponding grouting holes are divided into a plurality of hole sections with the same depth from deep to shallow according to the depths of the grouting holes, cement paste is injected into the corresponding hole sections in each grouting hole section by section according to the sequence from deep to shallow to be sealed, and the concentration of the water-cement ratio of the cement paste is synchronously changed from thin to thick along with switching of the positions of the adjacent hole sections; and the grouting holes are plugged after pressurized water inspection after grouting. By the adoption of the technical scheme, disturbance and damage to rock and soil of the dam abutment of the dam can be reduced to the maximum extent through the sequence of drilling the grouting holes from the middle to the two sides, the waterproof effect of a curtain is improved, grouting is conducted through cement paste with various water-cement ratios, a grouting ending mark is easier to distinguish, and the construction technology is simplified.
本发明提供一种大坝坝肩防水帷幕固结灌浆施工工艺,包括以下步骤:在大坝坝肩表面标定灌浆孔位置:在大坝坝肩表面钻取灌浆孔;使用压力水逐个冲洗灌浆孔;对灌浆孔进行压水测试;根据灌浆孔深度将相应灌浆孔由深至浅划分为深度相等的若干孔段,按照由深至浅的顺序将水泥浆逐段注入每个灌浆孔内的相应孔段内封闭,并且使水泥浆水灰比的浓度随着相邻孔段位置的切换由稀至浓同步变换;注浆后压水检查后再封堵灌浆孔。采用本发明的技术方案,通过按照由中间至两侧的顺序钻取灌浆孔的顺序,能够最大限度减少大坝坝肩岩土的扰动和破坏,提升帷幕防水效果,通过采用多种水灰比的水泥浆进行灌浆,使灌浆结束标识更易辨别,简化了施工工艺。
