The invention provides a grouting anchor rod construction process for supporting a side slope. The grouting anchor rod construction process comprises the following steps that an anchor hole is drilled in the slope surface of the side slope, all sundries in the anchor hole are removed, and the anchor hole is divided into a front section and a rear section; a grouting pipe extends into the anchor hole; cement paste is injected into the anchor hole through the grouting pipe, and after the front section is filled with the cement paste, the grouting pipe is pulled out at a constant speed while the cement paste continues to be injected; and after an anchor rod is inserted into the anchor hole, a tray sleeves the anchor rod, a locking nut is screwed, and the tray covers the hole opening of the anchor hole. According to the technical scheme of the grouting anchor rod construction process for supporting the side slope, the anchor hole is divided into the two ends to be grouted in sequence, the grouting pipe is pulled out at the constant speed while the rear section is grouted, cement paste can be filled more compactly, the anchor rod supporting strength is improved, and potential safety hazards are reduced; and the waterproof performance of the cement paste is improved by selecting the reasonable water cement ratio, groundwater is prevented from permeating into the cement paste, and the supporting effect is improved.
