The invention discloses a basement dewatering well plugging method which comprises the steps that after cushion concrete is poured, a waterproof roll is laid on the surface of the cushion concrete, a waterproof roll joint is reserved at the position of a water pumping opening of a sleeve, after dewatering, the water pumping opening is plugged through a plug, the waterproof roll joint is subjected to head closing, and then overground concrete pouring is conducted. According to the basement dewatering well plugging method, the waterproof roll joint on the plug and the waterproof roll on the cushion concrete are of an integrated structure, and therefore the waterproof effect can be improved. According to the basement dewatering well plugging method, three kinds of plugging are included, the first kind of plugging is plugging by the integrated waterproof roll, the second kind of plugging is plugging by a screw cap, and the third kind of plugging is plugging through the overground concrete. The three kinds of plugging can effectively reduce the water seepage amount of a dewatering well, and the waterproof grade of the plugged dewatering well is improved. The invention further discloses a basement dewatering well plugging assembly.
