The invention discloses a method for controlling the precision of a directly-buried bolt through a sleeve. The method comprises the steps that the sleeve is arranged on the upper portion of the directly-buried bolt when the directly-buried bolt is buried, and the length of the sleeve is 1/4-1/3 of the length of the directly-buried bolt; concrete is poured to the primary surface elevation, and the sleeve is not filled with concrete; the directly-buried bolt is rechecked before equipment is installed, if the directly-buried bolt is not rechecked to be qualified, the bolt is subjected to cold bending to the range meeting the requirement, then the equipment is installed, and primary grouting is conducted in the sleeve after the equipment is installed and preliminarily fixed; and secondary grouting is conducted after the equipment is finely adjusted. According to the method for controlling the precision of the directly-buried bolt, the process is simple, and the precision of the directly-buried bolt is directly controlled through the sleeve; compared with a traditional sleeve method, a steel plate is not needed, a large amount of labor and materials are saved, the measurement requirement is lowered, construction auxiliary materials are reduced, and the construction procedure is simplified; and the position of the bolt can be locally adjusted, the operability of the method is higher than that of a positioning frame method, and the method has great application prospects.
