The assembly type floor support plate comprises a floor support plate body, a or multiple first supporting pieces and a or multiple second supporting pieces; the floor support plate body is provided with a first face and a second face which are arranged back to back, and the first face is used for being detachably connected with a steel bar truss; the first supporting pieces are connected to the second face, and one ends of the first supporting pieces extend out of the floor support plate body; the second supporting pieces are connected to the second face, the ends, adjacent to the other floor support plate body, of the second supporting pieces form a bent structure, and an inserting space is formed between the bent structure and the second face; the at least one second supporting piece and the at least one first supporting piece are located on the two opposite sides of the floor support plate body respectively. According to the technical scheme, the floor support plates are inserted into the inserting spaces of the adjacent floor support plates through the first supporting pieces so as to support the adjacent floor support plate bodies, and the second supporting pieces support the first supporting pieces on the adjacent floor support plate bodies through the bending structures.
