The invention discloses a suspended ceiling mounting assembly and a machining method thereof, a suspended ceiling structure and a mounting method thereof, relates to the technical field of building decoration, and aims to ensure the strength of a suspended ceiling plate mounting structure, meanwhile realize independent mounting and dismounting of suspended ceiling plates and facilitate hiding of the mounting assembly. The suspended ceiling mounting assembly comprises a mounting keel and an inserting and clamping piece; the mounting keel comprises a bottom plate, at least one inserting opening, two first side plates and two inner turned edges, the inserting opening is formed in the bottom plate, the two first side plates are connected with the two opposite edges of the bottom plate respectively so as to define the mounting keel of a groove-shaped structure, and the edges, away from the bottom plate, of the two first side plates are bent and extend towards the other first side plate respectively so as to form the inner turned edges used for clamping and fixing the mounting keel; and an inserting piece is used for being fixedly connected with a suspended ceiling plate and is inserted and fixed at the inserting opening. The suspended ceiling mounting assembly is used for decoration of roofs.
本发明公开的吊顶安装组件及其加工方法、吊顶结构及其安装方法，涉及建筑装修技术领域，在保证吊顶板安装结构强度的同时，能够实现吊顶板的独立安装和拆卸，并且有利于安装组件的隐蔽。该吊顶安装组件包括安装龙骨和插卡件；其中，安装龙骨包括底板、至少一个插接口、两个第一侧板和两个内翻边，插接口开设于底板上，两个第一侧板分别与底板的两个相对边缘连接，以围出槽型结构的安装龙骨，且两个第一侧板远离底板的边缘分别朝向另一个第一侧板弯折延伸，分别形成用于卡接固定安装龙骨的内翻边；而插接件用于与吊顶板固定连接，且插接固定于插接口处。本发明用于屋顶的装饰装修。
