The invention discloses a passive ultralow-energy-consumption green building. The passive ultralow-energy-consumption green building comprises a house body, a solar cell panel, a filter screen, a water tank, waterproof oilcloth and a ventilation fan, wherein a water guide plate is fixedly arranged at the edge of the upper surface of the house body, and the solar cell panel is arranged on the upper surface of the house body; a hose is fixedly arranged at the lower end of a water pipe, and the upper end of the back face of the house body is fixedly connected with the waterproof oilcloth; and the end part of a supporting arm is provided with a locking sleeve in a sleeved mode, and the inner wall of a positioning sleeve is connected with the ventilation fan through a sealing bearing. According to the passive ultralow-energy-consumption green building, the utilization rate of natural resources is increased, so that waste of part of the natural resources is avoided; the rainwater collecting area of the building is easily increased, so that insufficient rainwater collecting amount is avoided, and rainwater resources are fully collected; and meanwhile, the ventilation fan of the building is easily turned on and turned off, so that the ventilation fan is flexible to use, and normal life of people inside the building is prevented from being interfered.
