The anti-falling wall tile comprises a tile body, an anti-falling groove is arranged on a bonding surface of the tile body, the anti-falling groove is an inclined sharp-bottomed anti-falling groove and is directly composed of only two groove side walls, the first groove side wall inclines towards the edge in the tile body, the second groove side wall extends in the tile body and inclines towards the same edge, and the inclination degree of the second groove side wall is larger than that of the first groove side wall, so that the two groove walls intersect to form the inclined sharp-bottomed anti-falling groove; a groove bottom line formed by intersecting the two side walls is of an inclined structure with a high middle part and two low ends; and the anti-falling groove can be filled with the groove walls inclined in the same direction in a manner that the groove walls follow the flowing-out direction of cement mortar, and the anti-falling groove can be filled with the cement mortar more easily through the sharp-bottomed structure. The inclined groove bottom line can utilize the discharging direction of cement paste when a patch is pressed, air retained in the inclined sharp-bottomed anti-falling groove can be discharged outwards along the inclined upward groove bottom line, and hollowing is avoided.
