The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated floors, in particular to a mute damping fabricated floor and a mounting method thereof. The fabricated floor is formed by splicing a plurality of floors, and adjusting feet are arranged between the floors and the ground; and each adjusting foot comprises a fixed part which is arranged on the ground, a movable part which is movably connected with the fixed part and a supporting piece which is arranged on the movable part and is used for bearing the floor, the distance between the movable part and the ground can be adjusted, a first flexible pad is arranged between the movable part and the supporting piece, a second flexible pad is arranged between the supporting piece and the floor, and a sound absorption layer is arranged on the floor. According to the mute damping fabricated floor, the flexible pads are respectively arranged between hard components forming the fabricated floor, shock absorption can be achieved through the flexible pads, abnormal sound caused by vertical collision between the hard components is prevented, additionally, the sound absorption layer is arranged on the floor, and the mute effect is further achieved through the sound absorption layer.
