The invention discloses a device facilitating installation of a skirting board. The device comprises a mounting seat for fixing, the skirting board for mounting and elastic ejector rods for being matched with the skirting board, the elastic ejector rods are arranged at the two sides of the front end of the mounting seat, a telescopic column is mounted at the rear end of the mounting seat, and a check block is arranged on the portion, located on the mounting seat, of the lower side of the telescopic column; and a spring is arranged between the telescopic column and the mounting seat, the telescopic column is provided with a fork at one side of the check block, a clamping groove is arranged between the front end of the mounting seat and the skirting board, auxiliary positioning blocks are arranged between the rear ends of the elastic ejector rods and the skirting board, and positioning through holes are formed in the positions, located at the two sides of the telescopic column, on the mounting seat. By means of the device, the skirting board is tightly matched and clamped through the elastic ejector rods, the telescopic column, the clamping groove and the auxiliary positioning blocks, the skirting board is effectively fixed through elastic potential energy of the elastic ejector rods, the fixing effect can be guaranteed in the moving and mounting process, later mounting is facilitated, mounting is conducted while later fixing is conducted through the positioning penetrating holes, and the installation effect of the skirting board is ensured.
