The invention provides a bird repelling method applied to a high-voltage line tower. The method comprises the following steps: controlling a holder to rotate and controlling part of radars in a plurality of radars to start to sense first sensing information sensed by part of the radars which are arranged on the holder at intervals; judging whether birds are sensed or not according to the first sensing information; when the birds are sensed, controlling the holder to stop rotating, and starting all the radars; acquiring second sensing information sensed by the plurality of radars; judging whether the distance between the bird sand the high-voltage line tower is smaller than a preset standard or not according to the second sensing information; when the distance is smaller than the preset standard, determining the flight direction of the birds according to the second sensing information; and according to the flight direction, controlling a sound device arranged on the holder to send out a signal for repelling the birds. The invention further provides a bird repelling device and the high-voltage line tower. According to the method, the birds around the high-voltage line tower are sensed through the radar, and the birds are repelled through the sound device, so that the effect of repelling the birds is achieved.
