Floor structure using UV digital printing film and production process thereof
The invention discloses a floor structure using a UV digital printing film and a production process thereof. The floor structure is characterized by comprising a transparent wear-resistant layer, the UV digital printing film and a base material layer, and the production process comprises the following steps that S1, a UV digital printer is adopted to print a pattern on the base material layer with UV or water-based ink, and then the UV digital printing film is formed; S2, the printed film is conveyed to a coating machine to be coated with water-based glue; and S3, drying is conducted in an infrared heating mode, so that the water-based glue is solidified, and winding is conducted after drying is completed. The floor structure has the advantages that the floor structure is stable and firm, and lines are more vivid and exquisite.
