The invention discloses self-compacting recycled concrete, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of cement, 80-120 parts of water, 20-40 parts of zeolite powder, 10-20 parts of an accelerant, 5-10 parts of a polycarboxylic water reducing agent and 3-8 parts of a dispersing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing cement, water, zeolite powder, an accelerant, a polycarboxylic water reducing agent and a dispersing agent, and putting the raw materials into a warehouse for later use; (2) transferring the raw materials in the step (1) into a stirrer for stirring and mixing, and pouring the mixture into a mold; and (3) curing the concrete in the mold in the step (2). The raw material components of the concrete are optimally configured, especially the accelerant is introduced, and tests show that the performance parameters such as the bonding strength, the compressive strength, the vertical expansion rate and the drying shrinkage value of the concrete can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种自密实再生混凝土,涉及建筑材料技术领域。其中混凝土,以重量份计,包括以下原料:水泥:100份‑150份,水:80份‑120份,沸石粉:20份‑40份,促进剂:10份‑20份,聚羧酸系减水剂:5份‑10份,分散剂:3份‑8份。(1)准备水泥、水、沸石粉、促进剂、聚羧酸系减水剂、分散剂,放进仓库,待用;(2)步骤(1)中各原料转移到搅拌机中进行搅拌混合,并倒入模具中;(3)对步骤(2)模具中的混凝土进行养护。对混凝土的各原料组分进行了优化配置,尤其是引入了促进剂,经测试,可以有效提升混凝土的粘结强度、抗压强度、竖向膨胀率、干燥收缩值等性能参数。
