The preparation method of the sintering-free fly ash brick comprises the following steps: 1, weighing the raw materials in parts by weight; 2, mixing the weighed raw materials, grinding and refining to prepare a uniform mixed material; 3, carrying out static compression molding on the mixed material under the conditions that the pressure is 15-25MPa and the compression time is 5-10s, so as to obtain a green brick body; and conveying the green brick body into a still kettle, carrying out constant-temperature and constant-pressure still pressing for 8-12 hours under the conditions of 174-195 DEG C and 0.8-1.5 MPa, and taking the green brick body out of the still kettle to obtain the sintering-free fly ash brick.
