The invention provides a rapid permeable pavement suitable for an urban road. A waterproof layer, a ceramsite layer, a drainage plate, a geotechnical cloth layer, a separation net layer, a gravel layer, a backfill soil layer and a permeable concrete layer are sequentially laid on a roadbed layer, an anchoring rod set is inserted into the side wall of the ceramsite layer, a water storage tank is arranged at the outer end of the anchoring rod set, water inlets are formed in the inner side wall of the water storage tank, the geotechnical cloth layer and the side wall edge of the drainage plate are located between the water inlets, filter plates are arranged in the water inlets, water outlets are formed in the bottom end of the water storage tank, and drainage mechanisms are arranged at the bottom ends of the water outlets. The anchoring rod set on the outer wall of the water storage tank is inserted into the ceramsite layer, so that the water storage tank is fixed, and after the permeable concrete layer quickly guides sucked rainwater onto the water guide and drainage plate, the drainage plate guides the rainwater to the water inlet end of the water storage tank, the rainwater flowing into the water storage tank is discharged into an external soil layer through a drainage pipe and a drainage branch pipe, so that the drainage speed is increased, and the drainage period is shortened.
