The invention discloses a traffic sign spliced by a plurality of vertically spliced section plates with centered back groove strips, and belongs to the technology that a plurality of same section unit plates are spliced into an integral traffic sign. An end face concave clamping groove and an end face vertical inserting protruding plate are arranged at the two ends of the plate body respectively and are transversely connected with the connecting pipe, a back face groove strip is arranged in the middle of the back face and is longitudinally connected with the connecting pipe, and a plurality of profile plates are connected into the traffic sign in an embedded and clamped mode. The traffic sign has the advantages that: the single profile plate can be formed by one-step extrusion, and the plate body, the back groove strip, the downward hook clamping groove and the vertical insertion convex plate are of an integrated structure and cannot fall off, so that the traffic sign spliced by a plurality of section plates has high safety when being blown by wind; a plurality of plate bodies spliced into one traffic sign plate are provided with vertical and horizontal connecting pipes at different positions so as to be firm, so that the destructiveness of strong wind to the traffic sign plate is reduced, and the combined traffic sign plate is high in wind-resistant quality, low in cost, free of factory building and pollution during assembly and capable of replacing welding by splicing.
