An adjustable keel for ceiling board installation comprises a ceiling board connector. The ceiling plate connector comprises two clamping parts with opposite clamping directions, adjusting parts and a connecting part, wherein the adjusting parts are arranged between the two clamping parts, are connected with the corresponding clamping parts respectively and have certain elastic deformation capacity, and the connecting part is arranged between the adjusting parts and connected with the adjusting parts; and a space A for deformation of the adjusting parts is formed between the two adjusting parts. The keel has more comprehensive functions, wherein the elastic deformation capacity of the adjusting parts can solve the problem that a ceiling board and the keel are difficult to assemble and even cannot be assembled when the depth of a groove structure of the ceiling board is small or the installation position of the keel deviates, the field assembly efficiency is improved, and the ceiling board and the keel are convenient to assemble.
