Aluminum square tube suspended ceiling mounting structure with anti-deformation reinforcing design
The invention discloses an aluminum square tube suspended ceiling mounting structure with anti-deformation reinforcing design. The structure comprises suspension rods, a suspended ceiling joist, aluminum square tubes and an anti-deformation plate; a top plate of the suspended ceiling joist is fixedly installed on the top surface of a building through the suspension rods; a bottom plate of the suspended ceiling joist is provided with a plurality of notches which are equidistantly arranged in the length direction of the suspended ceiling joist; the aluminum square tubes are provided with installation grooves formed in the length directions; the aluminum square tubes are fixedly installed on the suspended ceiling joist through fasteners; the heads of the fasteners are connected inside the installation grooves in a sliding mode; rod bodies of the fasteners are connected inside the notches in a clamped mode; the anti-deformation plate is placed on the bottom plate of the suspended ceiling joist; and the rod bodies of the fasteners penetrate through through holes in the anti-deformation plate and are fixed through nuts. Compared with the prior art, the structure has the advantages that the aluminum square tubes are fixedly installed on the suspended ceiling joist through fastening bolts, and the suspended ceiling joist is subjected to anti-deformation reinforcement in multiple modes, so that the installation looseness of the aluminum square tubes is effectively prevented, and the decoration effect of an aluminum square tube suspended ceiling is guaranteed.
