The combined cross-shaped section column comprises a concrete-filled steel pipe core column with U-shaped wings, long wood units and a plurality of bamboo plywood; webs of four U-shaped wing T-shaped steel plates of the concrete-filled steel pipe core column with the U-shaped wings are welded and fixed to the side faces of the concrete-filled steel pipe core column respectively; the concrete-filled steel pipe core column with the U-shaped wings defines four occlusion mounting areas; rabbets are formed in the end faces of the two sides of the four long wood units respectively; the four long wood units are correspondingly and adaptively embedded into the four occlusion mounting areas one to one, the folded edges are embedded into the corresponding rabbets, and the interfaces between the four long wood units and the concrete-filled steel pipe core column with the U-shaped wings are bonded and fixed through first structural adhesives; the plurality of bamboo plywood are fixed to the outer side face of the combination column through second bamboo pins and second structural adhesive.
