The invention discloses a stepless climbing device for doors and windows. The stepless climbing device comprises a positioning seat and a climbing assembly, wherein the positioning seat is provided with an abutting part, the abutting part is provided with a first abutting surface and a second abutting surface, and the second abutting surface is located at the top of the abutting part; and the climbing assembly comprises a climbing seat and a supporting piece, the top of the supporting piece is hinged to the climbing seat, a hinge shaft at the hinged position is called as a first hinge shaft, an unfilled corner is arranged at the bottom of the supporting piece, the supporting piece is provided with a first edge and a second edge, the first edge is arranged on the front side of the unfilled corner, and the second edge is arranged at the top of the unfilled corner. During use, the positioning seat can be mounted on a window frame, and the climbing seat is mounted on a window sash; when the window sash is closed, the unfilled corner can be firstly propped against the abutting part, then the window sash is closed continuously, the supporting piece can rotate around the first hinge shaft and jack up the window sash, and the window sash is lifted; and the stepless climbing device can be applicable to the doors and windows with different sizes and different corner falling severity degrees by adjusting mounting positions of the positioning seat and the climbing seat, and the universality is better.
