The invention relates to a door opening and closing mechanism for a double-door household oven without a handle. The door opening and closing mechanism comprises a right door and a left door; the left side of the left door is rotationally connected with the left side of a baking cavity opening of the oven, and the right side of the right door is rotationally connected with the right side of the baking cavity opening of the oven; the door opening and closing mechanism further comprises a right rotating assembly, a left rotating assembly, a linkage assembly, a right push-pull rod and a left push-pull rod; the right rotating assembly is rotationally installed on the oven; one end of the right push-pull rod is rotationally connected with the right rotating assembly, and the other end of the right push-pull rod is rotationally connected with the right door; the left rotating assembly is rotationally installed on the oven; one end of the left push-pull rod is rotationally connected with the left rotating assembly, and the other end of the left push-pull rod is rotationally connected with the left door; the linkage assembly is connected with the right rotating assembly and the left rotating assembly; and the control end of the linkage assembly extends out of the oven. The door opening and closing mechanism has the advantages of being relatively small in resistance during door opening and closing, good in hand feeling, simple in structure, long in service life, free of space occupation during transportation, good in window effect and the like.
