The invention discloses an automatic lifting cleaning window and an automatic lifting cleaning method. The automatic lifting cleaning window comprises a window body with lifting glass and a cleaning device. The window body with the lifting glass mainly comprises a supporting frame, a window frame, a lifting device and the glass, wherein the lifting device is a lead screw sliding table which is vertically arranged on the supporting frame; and a long through groove is formed in a lower frame of the window frame, the glass penetrates through the long through groove to be fixedly connected with the sliding table, and a lead screw motor rotates forwards and reversely to drive the glass to move up and down to achieve window closing and window opening. A water spraying device and a scrubbing device are fixed to the supporting frame, the water spraying device is composed of a water tank, a water spraying motor, a nozzle and the like, and the scrubbing device is composed of a transverse lead screw sliding table, a scrubbing arm, a scrubbing scraper and the like; and the glass descends to the bottom, the nozzle sprays water to the glass, a scrubbing motor rotates to drive the scrubbing scraper to be tightly attached to the glass, the glass moves upwards, the glass is wiped, and the scrubbing motor rotates reversely and the scrubbing scraper leaves the glass. Automatic window cleaning can be achieved, danger caused by high-rise window cleaning is avoided, and intelligent window opening and window closing are achieved by being matched with a sun sensor and a raindrop sensor.
