The intelligent space utilization balcony door comprises a track unit, a connecting rod unit and a driving unit; the track unit comprises a transverse track and longitudinal tracks, and the longitudinal tracks are arranged on the two sides of the transverse track; the connecting rod unit comprises a connecting rod set and sliding block sets, the sliding block sets are arranged in the transverse track and the longitudinal tracks, and the connecting rod set is connected with the sliding block sets; and the driving unit comprises a driving motor and a conveying device, the driving motor is arranged on the longitudinal tracks, and the sliding block sets are connected with the driving motor through the conveying device. According to the intelligent space utilization balcony door, four connecting rods are synchronously controlled mainly through a connecting rod mechanism, and therefore the effect of effectively saving the balcony space is achieved.
