The cement raw material roughing device comprises a pulverizer and a power supply system, and the pulverizer comprises a vehicle body, a crushing box, a mixing barrel and a storage box; and the crushing box is connected to the upper portion of the vehicle body, the top of the crushing box is fixedly connected with a conical cover with a feeding pipe arranged at the top, and a first crushing roller and a second crushing roller are arranged at the upper portion and the lower portion in the crushing box respectively. The cement raw material roughing device can fully crush raw materials required by raw material preparation, and can uniformly mix crushed raw material powder, so that the quality of a prepared raw material crude product is ensured; the phenomenon that the crushed raw material powder drifts to the outside air to cause air pollution can be reduced, the phenomenon that related workers inhale the raw material powder into the respiratory tracts of the related workers is reduced to a certain extent, and the body health of the related workers is facilitated; and meanwhile, wind power can be used as a power supply, and the social requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection are met.
