The invention relates to a position adjusting device of a climbing-type tower crane and a construction method of the position adjusting device of the climbing-type tower crane. The position adjusting device comprises bases and positioning substrates, wherein the bases are fixed to end portions of tower crane connecting frames, and multiple corresponding connecting holes are formed in each base; and the positioning substrates are fixedly connected with supporting beams, and correspond to the bases, the length of each positioning substrate is larger than that of each base, multiple corresponding positioning holes are formed in each positioning substrate in the length direction of each positioning substrate, and in a tower crane climbing process, bolts penetrate through the connecting holes in the bases and the corresponding positioning holes in the positioning substrates so that the bases and the positioning substrates can be connected in a fastened mode, and the connecting positions of the tower crane connecting frames and the supporting beams can be adjusted to adapt to thickness change of walls. According to the position adjusting device of the climbing-type tower crane and the construction method of the position adjusting device of the climbing-type tower crane, the connecting positions of the bases can be adjusted by selecting the corresponding positioning holes in the positioning substrates, thus the position of a standard section of the tower crane is kept unchanged, and the supporting beams can change along with thickness change of the walls, so that the phenomena that the tower crane inclines, and potential safety hazards are generated are avoided.
本发明涉及一种爬升式塔吊的位置调节装置及其施工方法,位置调节装置包括:固定于塔吊连接框端部处的底座,底座上设有多个连接孔;固定连接于支撑梁上并与底座相对应的定位基座,定位基座的长度大于底座的长度,且定位基座上沿其长度方向设有多个定位孔,在塔吊爬升的过程中,通过螺栓穿设底座上的连接孔与定位基座上对应的定位孔而将底座与定位基座紧固连接,实现调节塔吊连接框与支撑梁的连接位置以适应墙体厚度的变化。本发明可通过选择定位基座上对应的定位孔来实现底座连接位置的调节,从而让塔吊标准保持位置不变,而支撑梁可随着墙体厚度的变化而变化,避免了塔吊发生倾斜及产生安全隐患的现象发生。
