The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a liquid alkali-free accelerator and a preparation method and application thereof. The liquid alkali-free accelerator is prepared from, by weight, 20%-30% of aluminum sulfate, 30%-50% of aluminum tartrate, 4%-15% of alcohol amine, 5%-10% of polyester polyol, 5%-10% of polyhydroxy compounds, 1%-5% of organic acid, 4%-5% of magnesium sulfate and water serving as a solvent. According to the liquid alkali-free accelerator prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the initial setting time of neat cement paste is 3-4min and the final setting time is 5-7min under the condition that the mixing amount is 2wt%-5wt%, and the 1d compressive strength of mortar reaches 13-15MPa, the 28d compressive strength ratio is greater than 105% and the 90d compressive strength retention rate is greater than 120%, and the numerical values are all superior to national standard regulations. The whole preparation process is safe, reliable, simple and convenient to operate and safe to the environment, and has wide application prospects in the related fields of cement.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种液体无碱速凝剂及其制备方法与应用,该液体无碱速凝剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:硫酸铝20%~30%,酒石酸铝30%~50%,醇胺4%~15%,聚酯多元醇5%~10%,多羟基化合物5%~10%,有机酸1%~5%和硫酸镁4%~5%,溶剂为水,本发明制备得到的液体无碱速凝剂在2wt%~5wt%的掺量下,水泥净浆初凝时间为3~4min、终凝时间为5~7min,并且使砂浆1d的抗压强度达到13~15MPa,28d抗压强度比大于105%,90d抗压强度保留率大于120%,均优于国标规定。整个制备过程中安全可靠、操作简便,对环境安全,在水泥相关领域具有广泛的应用前景。
